Invitation to Bid The Bulloch County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed bids from GDOT Prequalified Contractors for this project: FY26-CP-E07 OTC Connector Road (Earl Dabbs Drive to U.S. 301 South). The project consists of constructing a two-lane connector road between Earl Dabbs Drive and U.S. 301 South along with a right turn deceleration lane along US301 southbound within GDOT right-of-way under GDOT Permit A-031-012944-5. The project is located approximately 635 LF North of the A.J. Riggs Intersection on U.S. 301 South in Statesboro, GA 30458 A bid package may be requested by emailing the Bulloch County Procurement Office, at Procurementeng@bullochcounty.net, going to the Bulloch County website: https://bullochcounty.net/bid-opportunities/ or by going to the Georgia Procurement Registry website: https://doas.ga.gov/state-purchasing/georgia-procurement-registry-local-governments/gpr-overview.
