GEIGER to R & H DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, INC.., dated November 14, 2023, and being recorded in Deed Book 2812, pages 655-663, Bulloch County, Georgia Records, given to secure one note in the original amount of $79,000.00, the undersigned will sell, at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash before the door of the Courthouse of Bulloch County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in JUNE, 2024, the following described property to-wit: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 1523th G. M. District of Bulloch County, Georgia, being designated as Lot Number 31 containing 5.0 acres according to a plat of survey prepared for Blueberry Chase Subdivision, Phase II, by James M. Anderson, Registered Land Surveyor, dated March 15, 2005, and recorded in Plat Book 63, page 86, Bulloch County Records. The aforesaid plat and the description thereon are by reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof. SUBJECT TO that Declaration of Restrictive Covenants for Blueberry Chase, Phase II dated May 9, 2006, and recorded in Deed Book 1647, pages 66-72, Bulloch County Records.
