NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER OF SECURITY DEED STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF BULLOCH Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in the Deed to Secure Debt from SHALONDA P. HUNTER, to ROBERT K. BELL, JR. INVESTMENTS, INC., dated March 7, 2023, and being recorded in Deed Book 2775, pages 356-364, Bulloch County, Georgia Records, given to secure one Note in the original amount of $33,500.00, the undersigned will sell, at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash before the door of the Courthouse of Bulloch County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in JUNE 2024 the following described property to-wit: All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 118 000 022A 000, lying and being in the 48th G.M. District, Bulloch County, Georgia, being 1.36 acres, more or less, shown as Parcel 3, according to a Plat of survey prepared by Donald W. Marsh and Associates, dated September 21, 2007, and record in Plat Book 63, page 627, Bulloch County, Georgia Records, which recorded plat is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this description. Said tract of land is located on Cliponreka Road, Statesboro, Georgia and further known as Map/Parcel 118 000 022A 000 in the Tax Assessor's Office of Bulloch County, Georgia. The indebtedness secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due and payable in full by reason of default under the provisions of said Deed to Secure Debt and the terms of the Note secured thereby, and sale will be made for the purpose of applying the proceeds thereof to the payment of the indebtedness and interest thereon, attorney's fees and expenses of sale, and the balance, if any, shall be applied as provided by law. To the best knowledge and belief of the Lender, said property will be sold as the property of SHALONDA P. HUNTER, and is being sold subject to any and all liens superior to this lien, outstanding ad valorem taxes, and easements, restrictions against the property, if any.
